Holga & close up filters

My nephew and nieces decked out in my Santa hat and beard on Xmas eve. First row: Michael B. Second row, Kayla B. And the third row, Rachel B. The genetic pool makes it a bit hard to tell the little buggers apart. Well, that and my flash malfunctioning... Makes the lighting less than desirable. Oh, well. Next year. And before I forget, Happy Birthday KB.

It's raining cats and dogs here in LA. Major thunder, lightning, floods, mud slides, power outages--the works. And they say it'll be like this all week. Looks like Joshua Tree is out. :(

But the deluge here is nothing next to the disaster in South Asia. My heart breaks for the victims, survivors and all the families and friends who may have lost someone. Not to mention the animals. My heart just sank even more.
